Entrance 11

Today is 12/10/20 we are going to start with Unit 5 and we are going to explain the passive voice, during the class we use nearpod to combine the presentation of topics, video that complement the explanation, games and exercises.

To begin with the passive voice, he explained why and when we should use it, which was an active voice and a passive voice (Image 1). I will now explain that there are two types of passive voice (Image 2) with their corresponding examples.

He then went on to explain the different verb tenses passed on to passive voice.

The causative passive voice left a clear example of how the have/get works below:

We can also find other forms of passive voice such as be + participle, need and impersonal. Below are some of the examples he gave in class.


These were some of the explanations that José Belda gave us about passive voice, after which he passed on the material he has created to explain it.
